Window Shopping


Having a unique home is all in the details. It's important to change things up a bit when designing. We all get tired of the same old things and that's why I felt the need to go window shopping with one of my clients.

We went searching for an antique stained glass window to put in her daughter's bathroom. The design intent was to insert the window into the wall to bring more light into the bathroom and use the window as art!

The idea is that the foyer wall will become a gallery wall for displaying artwork (similar to this image below).

We went to Preservation Station on 8th Ave., and here is what we found...






This is the one window that we bought! I love it because it has the 'sunset' colors that my client's daughter wants in her room! It's gorgeous when the light hits it. I think that her little girl is going to love it!
